Do not recommend, have had 2 installations, wanted a camera after break in, they did wiring, then told me my phone not compatable? they were suppose to get back with me never did, now im moving, asked if I bring equipment to new home would I get a discount as would be 3rd installation, nope. will check with different company
The original salesman we had to deal with was AWFUL! Put wrong dates on quotes, didn't get them to us in a timely fashion, etc. Technician skill varies greatly. Certain ones are very good, while others are a complete waste of time. Heidi in accounting is great, but after that the overall customer services is TERRIBLE.
We were unable to get a quote to have our security camera replaced and they charged us for someone to come out and look at the system, but never did give us a quote. I called the service department to find out what was going on and still did not receive a quote. Never received a response to my email to their accounting department about my bill either. Not satisfied and I would not recommend.
We have been with Habitec for almost 2 years trusting the security of our fresh salsa business to them. Excellent tech support when needed. We highly recommend them.
I have had excellent response and service from Habitec for many years. Even if a better system (apparently) comes along, I would be hard pressed to change, simply because I have been able to count on Habitec.
Kelly in the Delaware Ohio office is so knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend to everyone and hope that anyone considering a security system/cameras/etc, at least speak with Kelly.
