They come and fix home problems quickly and answer alarms within minutes.
Scott was great, a different company rehung our phone wires after a storm caused damage. Habitec called because our alarm was not connecting to their system. In essence we had no smoke, fire, burglar, or carbon monoxide detection. Scott came searched inside and outside. Took awhile but he solved the problem. Could not ask for a better experience. The problem was that the other company replaced the wires incorrectly. Scott went above and beyond to correct the problem.
Whether we get a sump pump alarm or inadvertently type in our code mistakenly, we always receive professional and calm and helpful response to solve the problem. Also, since we have a monthly service charge program, when a service call is needed to correct the problem there is no charge for the tech’s time and only if parts are needed (as was the situation 2 days ago when Scott spent an hour and a half to replace wires that had become a problem which triggered our alarm, with no parts charge either).

Nice to know someone is watching over your property 24/7 System has worked well for almost 20 years and recent upgrades make it even better. Service people, particularly Gary, do great work, leave no mess and doesn’t disrupt the business in the process. We are happy!
