We moved into our new home in September, 2018 and contacted Habitec to update our services. We have had nothing but trouble for over a month. They are apparently having major difficulty with cell phone transmission and we had the fire department show up at our home at 3:50 in the morning without an alarm going off. This is not only embarrassing.....the incident has made us aware that we can not trust Habitec to monitor our property appropriately. We are just grateful that we did not have a true emergency.
My parents have been Habitec Security customers for over 10 years and have never had one single issue with anything, which is remarkable in itself. They like the fact that this business is local and you get to speak to a human as opposed to a recording. They would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an in home security system.
