They have been billing us for 2 years without monitoring us. No customer service call from them. Just annual bills. Hmm. Customer service? Nope!
We have been customers of Habitec Security for many years. They are a very professional company. I do not recommend lightly, but I often recommend Habitec to my friends. AND, when, heaven forbid we need them to protect us; their response is rapid. Great people!
My experiences over the many years I have worked with them, has been wonderul. Everyone is very helpful, especially Tracy Ehrsam, who has helped me many, many times with confirming and changes times, dates, and holidays.
