Can’t say enough good things about Haasz of Dalton. From beginning to end Brian, Karen and Mark made my first Jeep buying experience a pleasure. My husband bought his Ram there over a year ago and we have been pleased with the service which what led me back since my Hyundai lease was just about up. I love my new Cherokee 4x4 Limited - I’ll be back in three years!!!! Give them a call....you will not regret and they won’t disappoint!!! A+
We had scheduled an oil change with them. My dad who is 86 years old offered to take it during my busy schedule. When he got home, he had a receipt for $255. He was taken advantage of by this place. When I called to speak with the manager, there was a woman who answered who was EXTREMELY rude and her response was “he authorized them” and when I had requested to speak with Tim, her response was “Well Tim is busy”... horrible horrible experience. We even bought FOUR JEEPS from them last December. Will never shop here again.
A lot of people said that this place was a joke and not a great place to buy anything. But I went and talked to Karen she made everything very clear and easy it was a simple transaction. I went on a test drive and within an hour I was done with paperwork and was on my way home in a brand new truck. Karen is the women to talk to if you want the real scoop on the deal.

their staff are incompetent paperwork screw ups twice while there. then agian after all was said and done with email form that needed done. payment amount kept changing they where funded last week on what we bought however let our trade in lapse through same finance company. even finance company said this is substandard level of doing buisness. they will blatantly blow smoke you know where to pad their pockets. never ever agian next up attorney fees.
