customer service and honesty!!! especially after dropping over 20k on a truck! this truck had a broken windshield and was not detailed yet, I asked for the windshield to be fixed and the detailing to be done before I buy it, I also asked for a tune-up - fluids and what not, they wouldn't do it because it cost them too much money. they ended up fixing the windshield and when I got the truck there was a pair of dirty shorts in between my backseat, took it off the lot and noticed it was jerking and shaking when I floored it com... read more

Paul was a nice man and awas easy to work with. Mark Lemmon in finance is a huge negative for this dealership. He is untrustworthy and has avoided correcting an issue with our loan causing us to pay interest on 3000 for the past 51/2 months. He is rude and actually tried to blame us for the issue. Brian Haasz was usless when contacted about the problem with Lemmon. Shame on both of you for your complete lack of customer service.

Bought a car there a few days ago and had a great experience here. Joseph Delamater was my salesman and he was awesome, he listened and was understanding. I they gave me a full tank of gas because I came back up there to sign 1 piece of paper lol. Everyone there was nice

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Haasz Automall of Dalton. I Was a co-signer for my son Brandon we purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk Bill was are sales man. I also just recently purchased a 2006 Chevy Impala from Joe Camp! They don’t pressure you the whole staff is great ! There’s no place like Haasz!
