Do not waste your time with this place! they have harrassed me for a week about coming to look at a vehicle. I explained my situation before hand and to waste anyone's time. yet still getting phone calls and emails. drove over 30 mins and could not get me financed. wasting everyone time which I asked not to happen.
I went in to try and finance for a newer vehicle. I was paired with the salesman Joey Camp, whom is a great salesperson, didnt have a problem with him. my issue is mainly with the financing. they got me financed for the vehicle I wanted, but the final price didnt match the online listed price which their site also stated that those prices include taxes, title fees, etc., and instead was much higher, making the payment higher. thought okay, contacted the bank it was financed through, they hadn't received final papers, and had... read more
Every time we are here we have an amazing experience. The people are so nice and helpful. They are everything you want in a car dealership. Karen Shapuite helped my 19 yr old son get into a vehicle that he can afford and walked him through the process. I wish I would have had someone that nice and kind when I was that age.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service from the service department. I bought a brand new Jeep from them- for some reason the radio shuts off for no reason, service dept doesn’t know why either. I could go on and on but I will never take my Jeep back to this dealer and will never recommend them.
I came in thinking I was at a complete loss with my vehicle. Joseph Delamater helped me with a great trade in amount and helped me find my 2014 Jeep Patriot with low miles and a great price. While Joe was working on a great deal for me, Karen Shapuite and I had small talk making me feel welcomed at the dealership. They went out of their way to help us when nobody else would even give us the time of day. And our salesman, Bill Felts was very sensitive to our situation. He even laughed as I aggravated my wife with “Talk Like a Pirate Day”. And his kind act of generosity after the sale went above and beyond what we expected.
