Bought our 2nd car in 2 years there the other day. Came in on a Monday agreed to payments and price shook hands with our salesperson Joe Camp on the deal. For some reason they couldn't get the paper work done that day. Wife went back Wed and signed papers nothing even close to what we agreed upon. Price and payments higher than promised and they basically stole our trade in. Thought we had a dealer we could trust just a bunch of thieves with a licsence to steal. check around before you buy from them.
RecommendedReally liked working with our salesman, Ray S. He was very helpful in my decision to purchase my vehicle. I'm not so pleased with the Finance/Warranty gentleman, he wasn't very pleasant and I'm still waiting for my warranty paperwork. I have made one call to him since my 2nd visit to fix paperwork and was told it was mailed to the wrong address, but "don't worry, you are covered".
Ray Sanchez went above and beyond to fight for us to get into this new vehicle and his due diligence paid off. I would recommend Ray for a sales rep to anyone.

Everything! they are a big joke. They put us in a car got us used to it, the whole family liked it..then a week later tells us they have to put us in a different vehicle..Went the other day to them to get a truck and they did the same thing had us remove all belongings made us change our insurance policy that tells us the finance personnel wants us in a different vehicle...never again will i go back? they are a joke and don’t care..I do not recommend them and i will not go back..
We have been treated very well at Haasz Automall! From the sale to regular service on our Jeep, they couldn't be better. Special shoutout to Jennifer Saunier in service for going above and beyond!
The car leasing experience was super easy, and Bill, Tom and Julia were all extremely helpful.
