Trevor messaged me after seeing me inquire about a certain car on FB and within a week that car was mine. He made a great deal and pulled it from a different dealership for me. Super easy to work with, most of it was all done over the phone. We drove almost an hour and a half just to deal with him and Haasz Automall.

We just leased a 2021 Ram 1500 Quad and 2021 Ram 1500 Crew Night Edition. I normally always get good service since I am family. But, the experience with Haasz of Dalton exceeded all expectations. Bought a new 2021 Ram 1500 club cab, this was our 4th vehicle from this dealership in 5 years. The sales dept with all the salesmen I dealt with were very pleasant. Brent in service knows me when I walk-in even w/o an appointment and the service has always been good.

We had an issue with our 2017 Jeep we bought from Haasz Automall in Dalton. Their was some confusion on the extended warranty at first I’m not going to lie. But at the end, Haasz jumped through hoops to make it right. I highly recommend these guys as they basically would not stop until their was a solution! Thanks Andy! I have taken my Jeep to be serviced at Haasz multiple times and I never felt like anyone was trying to pressure me to have additional things done. I’ve been to many other places and that was always the case. They have a very good service team.

First, get rid of Brent, most rude individual we have ever met. Second, do what you say you will do, after diagnosis and part replacement, and payment, it us expected that the problem is resolved. Well it wasn't, and instead of trying to make it right, Brent decided to be rude, aggressive, and mean. If this is how you treat service customers it is a wonder you are in business at all. Lastly, be humble, people trust you with their livelihood, and to be treated the way we were is horrendously irresponsible.
