They threw away my work car park access pass! I’ve had to pay 25 quid for a replacement plus pay to park all week while it’s sorted out. Been in to see them and they couldn’t care less!

We’ve been washing our car (Mazda CX-5) at this shop for almost a year, and it has always been a £6 charge for a medium car. Even in December 2024, it was still £6 for a medium car. But today, in January 2025, they charged us £10 and claimed that our car is a big car. I told them it has always been £6 and asked why it’s suddenly £10. Scratched the bonnet on my car yesterday, when cleaning and not using appropriate products. And at the end instead of apology they charged me £20 for cleaning
