Karl is very very reasonable, great at resolving issues and a good judge of character. Will let your properties to the right tenants.
Terrible people to deal with. Issues with property and they tell me to contact the owner!! Contract says to leave heating on. Inside Doors do not shut fully (Kitchen, Toilet, Hallway and both bedrooms). Cellar blocked off due to water going into it due to outside work shabby. When does it stop coming in?? Floor uneven. 4 homes, 1 agent with 4 parking spaces. H2L recently (FEB 2024) block 1 off for themselves after 18 years of no issues!!
