TERRIBLE SERVICE...DO NOT USE THEM..DONT TRUST THEM!!! I paid for their service to look into a small leak around the pipe area for the limescale filter which is connected to boiler etc. They charge 110 pounds+ vat and the technician came out and spoke to me for like 5 mins and said I may need to change the LIFF 22 mm limescale filter which he said he doesn't have the parts so will need to come back. Responsive fast service diagnosing a gas leak and subsequently running a new pipe to repair. Engineer (Chris) was professional and costs kept to upper end of estimate. Would recommend.
Just want to say thanks for 12 years of excellent service and help. Always on time , always able to fix and replace , service and support both myself and tenants when in property A great family business to trust. Selling the property knowing it's been well maintained and safe for the new owners thanks to h2.
H2 is never going to be a perfect 5 every time. BUT I need someone to attend urgently and Kayla was VERY helpful and eventually arranged Peter an electrician to attend. So in my case my thanks to Kayla for her sterling efforts and Peter.
Had a gas service and a gas leak issue booked in originally for Thursday but they had to move to Friday which I understand can happen But when engineer came on Friday checked for the leak for less than 1hour and capped my supply saying its to dangerous leaving me without heating saying that a pipe needs to be changed. The fact they only came for under an hour there was no way they would be able to sort it cause they had other bookings.
