Do not use this man/company! My son was a student and rented 12 Pisgah House Road, Sheffield through the lettings boutique. Constantly visited the property asking for the rent to be paid when it had. Still waiting for the deposit to be returned nearly after a month. Constant excuses, now saying he will inspect the property a month after new tenants moved in, can’t find address blah blah blah! Won’t even confirm if deposit was in the deposit scheme. Disgusting - will be contacting rogue traders.
