Brilliant service, always helpful and polite.
Professional service.
I have never been to a more despondent, sales shy company! I’ve tried to use their services multiple times now and each time they are rude, lie to me, waste my time and make feel small and unwelcome. I visited in person trying to buy a secondhand horse trailer under £4k but they didn’t want to help at all, said they were too busy and they’d ring me back later that week when they had time (they didn’t). I should have read the reviews first . If you are not there to buy a new trailer they are not interested . I spent a good 15 minutes trying to explain what I was looking for whilst the lady behind the counter answered call after call . Then when I had found a trailer I was interested in yep you've guessed it she was back on the in coming calls . After the third call I gave up and left . Customer service is rubbish with ignorant staff don't waste your time .
