I LOVE HEB, but first off I'm shocked that they want a review; but I need to be honest. When that fight broke out the other night, I was surprised to find no security, and no management anywhere in sight. It wasn't until people were shaken and the incident fizzled out that I saw a HEB management person come to the area and try to calm things down. I'm from Arlington, where there is no HEB. I come here every week. Abilene doesn't have ALDI, Kroger or WinCo. HEB totally makes up for it.
Stopped in yesterday for the sale in the parking lot... I was in heaven! I love my H. E. B.
My favorite store in the world, grew up in San Antonio where that was just the store we went to. When they moved to Abilene I couldn't wait. The need to build a second one in the building they bought. Everyone from southwest to southeast want one closer plus with there just being one parking is terrible. If we had 2 we wouldn't be so packed in. Please HEB!!!
Hats off to H-E-B! They donated some items to give 140 students opportunities to learn important skills such as measuring, tasting, comparing/ contrasting, etc. while making their COWPOKE TRAIL at Camp Able. Your commitment to education is truly appreciate.
I really like shopping at HEB. I am hoping that HEB will open up a store in North Abilene.
I live in Brownwood tx and this is my first time coming to this HEB...I loved it ..my checker was very nice..the store was cleaned...
This store has the worst customer service of any store I have ever shopped in. They expect you to sack your own stuff and carry it out yourself. We have spoken to the management and the corporate office and nothing has changed. The only reason we go back is price.
The store itself is great and so are the employees. The downside is ya'll need to build another store on Buffalo Gap Rd close to your competition. The one store you have is always so freaking busy that I dread going shopping there.
