WalMart is MUCH better than H.E.B. I only went there to see if they had a product I was looking for, and they didn't. I would think go back.
They have improved some they still need to open all cashiers station especially during holidays and people need to pay attention on the 15 items or less and not have a completely full basket of groceries and cashier not say anything especially if the person behind him or her has only 3 and the person behind her has 6
The deaf checker scans items twice. I got home ( 50 miles away) and saw that I had paid for a few items twice.

Last month I bought some brownie nix, go to fix it and it has weevils in it,NOT the first time this has happened!!! I have also tried to buy flour in the store just to get it out to my car and find weevils in it also! Took it back and was not treated nicely by the girl working service desk,and was ask if I wanted to get more,of course my response was NO!
We love H.E.B we live in a small town called Eastland, Texas. Which is an hour from Abilene, Texas. We drive every month to stock up on meats. Great quality, service and prices. We recommend all our family and friends shop H.E.B. Thank you H.E.B for keeping our freezer stocked. Sincerely, your most loyal customers.
Wish they would have self check out. This is the third time a cashier has been rude. She was just throwing the items and kept trying to put my produce with my raw meat. I like the store, but wish the help was better trained or gave a shit.
