Love the food, but too darned small, crowded aisles! Lousy parking.
Two 2 year olds in the basket, a baby strapped to my chest (sitting on top of my preggo belly), a cart full of groceries, and NO ONE available for carry out?! Abilene HEB needs to step up its game. Market Street would've had someone to walk a gallon of milk out to my car.
just wanted to give a shout out to heb for putting more healthy options on sale and making organic items more affordable. i was able to shop yesterday and buy nourishing food for my family without breaking the bank. i was very impressed.
Cashiers have no customer service skills at all. Prices are decent. Be prepared to be ignored and simply not valued as a customer.
I love shopping at HEB there the only store that carries my favorite creamer and good selection of meats.
Will H.E.B. allow open carry now as a deterrent to crime or continue to allow elderly patrons to get pummeled with brass knuckles in broad daylight? Not a safe store, beware. The former Sheriff works there and they have a rent-a-cop but it's not enough. Let people protect themselves.
Kicked out and called the police on my friend (who was bothering noone) because people didn't like his appearance. They admitted he did nothing wrong it was just his appearance. Going to be taking my money somewhere else that isn't so judgemental.
I love my HEB. I find everything I need the employees are excrlllentt they are kind and respectfull.
We recently moved to Abilene from Bastrop where there is a great HEB and we had become very attached to certain products carried there. I found the Abilene location somewhat of a disappointment with narrow crowded aisles, no bulk section, and lacking several products I had become accustomed to purchasing. Abilene surely deserves one of the upgraded HEB locations!
