I used to love HEB! This whole C0VID-19 joke opened my eyes to their ulterior motives. Upon visiting the 12860 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78750 HEB the other day being rudely judged for not confirming to this mask nonsense I was warned I would not be allowed to enter starting Thursday without wearing a mask. That's fine. There are other smaller grocers that need my business. I will no longer use HEB and have encouraged others to do the same. My body, my responsibility. #WeDoNotConsent!
RecommendedI went to H-E-B on Valley hi this afternoon and was in despair my family of 8 was out of toilet paper and I have been going for days and found none. Two kind workers went out of their way to find me some and made my day. I’m a nurse and can’t make it to the store at hours that stock is placed on the shelves. They blessed me and I am happy that this has always been my favorite H-E-B. Small town girl likes her small store.

placed an order for delivery with the Lake Jackson store that was to be delivered between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM today. It has not been delivered. I have tried to cal the store. Absolutely no help, kept transferring me to a phone that no one answered. You crooks had no difficulty charging my card, yet refuse to provide the order.
So unless HEB is letting their family members get in on curbside service first something is wrong. When they post new days it automatically says full. They are not allowing any curbside service.😡😡😡 I was on at 12am Saturday popped up I saw it pop up and for next week it says full. Wal-Mart hat plenty of open times slots at 12am.

RecommendedBig shout out to Yesenia at HEB in LJ. As I was checking out earlier I suddenly felt weak, shaky and broke out into a cold sweat. Either my blood pressure or blood sugar had dropped. Yesenia was perfect!! She helped me to my car to make sure I got there. I sat in my car for a good while to see if I'd feel better. After a while there's a tap on my window and it's Yesenia.
