I have been a great customer for many years. I was so upset today how I and my 8 year old were treated. A lady working the sausage dept area giving out samples of hamburgers, decided to reprimand me after my son who has autism grabbed coupons off the sausages because he collects them. She took them out of my basket and said those were for customers and it cost the company money. She was rude and it made my son embarrassed. Never treated like this before. I ordered a cake from the bakery for my daughter's birthday this past weekend. The frosting was falling off the backside of it, I wish I had taken a picture; it looked horrible. They also tried to charge me an extra $10 over the ticketed price, and when I asked them about it they told me it was probably because of the filling they put in the cake, but they offered me the filling at the time I ordered it and assured me it was no extra charge. Customer service is OFF the Charts! I ordered Curbside pickup for the 1st time today. When I got home I realized I only got 1 of the 2 lbs of apples that I ordered. I called thinking they would give me some sort of credit for my next order. But instead, they delivered the apples to my home within 30 minutes! How bout them apples!? � � Thanks H-E-B for making this Busy mommas life just a little easier!!

I love the merchandise. But its sit irritating. When 6 managers are standing watching the backed up lines & wonky a few registers are open! Can the managers not run a register? And the sackers suck! 1 out if every 10 times go i get one that won't mix food & cleaning products! I know outs a bug store & lots of employees but walk these kids could care less.
