and rude management!! waiting among mixed up queues of milling guests at 516 today i said to my hard of hearing spouse "you'd think they'd plan on this crowd and manage it better!" a pretty young woman dressed as a manager and walking behind me spouted off "you'd think someone is working on that now!" her poor management skills were responsible for that mess in the first place. i will not tolerate that kind of rudeness from anyone.
H-E-B you sure have a great team in your curbside department!! 🤗 I picked up this afternoon and realized after I got home that I was missing a chunk of my order. We also found several things that weren’t ours. I called and had no problem coming over to pickup the other items, but Selena said she would drive it to us in Clyde. Accidents happen and it wasn’t a big deal, but Selena went out of her way to fix the problem and provide excellent customer service! I love heb but this store is so busy they need Isle monitors!! people stopping in middle of isles and talking to people while you sit and wait for them to move. I bagged my own groceries too!
