RecommendedMy favorite place but we desperately need one in Brownwood Texas
ok so overall I love the pricing, the employees and the first bank hours, that being said, I've been disappointed that standard items like velveeta with bacon bits, and other brands that are available in other local stores that are the same size. not to mention the fresh tortillas were half the reason people felt comfortable bringing the kids, and as a parent and a manager I can say this helps the store as well. but I still do love the store would just like it if I didnt have to go to other stores for minor things.

While it’s cheaper and was my preferred store, the lines are ALWAYS across the walkway into the food sections. Open some lanes even if it’s temporary or get some self check out lanes
It should not take a rude manager and 40 minutes to check out. I had to move ALL $150 worth of groceries already on the belt back into my basket, and wait in another long line due to incompetent and rude managers. I can go to plenty other grocery stores in town and spend my hard earned money!
My experience is always the best at HEB! I love HEB! Everyone is always helpful and nice. I’ve been shopping at HEB for over 20 yrs and it’s by far the best grocery store on the planet, besides Central Market of course buts it’s an HEB so really it’s the same store just with lots of different items. I just can’t really say enough good things about HEB!
Curbside. Order was ready without errors. Shopper was polite and professional. In and out less than five minutes.
I am truly upset. I purchased an expensive (in my opinion) graduation cake for my youngest son's party yesterday. I made sure on transport that the cake was level so as not to upset the decorations. I got the cake home, unboxed it, and the back side of the cake was mushrooming out and the top tier was falling backward. There was no readjusting it. When the bottom tier is not sturdy enough to hold up the top it's going to cave. And that's exactly what it did. So in just a few hours of having this cake home it collapsed. I am ... read more
