I have been a loyal HEB customer but I'm sorry to say I've been SORELY disappointed lately. I paid $5 for personal shopper a week ago and they gave me 2 whole fryers with the sell by date of THAT DAY. I noticed it when it started stinking a few days later before I could cook it. Why are you giving people items that they cannot choose themselves things with immediate sell-by dates? we love heb but this location has very rude employees. walked up to the to the door and asked if we still had time to get in and the man and woman said yes we has 3 min. great we we only have 5 things to grab. walked in and split up to make it faster. walked to the back l and picked up a pack of ribs and a guy walked up and said its time to go. grab grab your stuff and let's go. after a back and forth he continued to be very rude and kept saying they leave at 8 I have to leave. one of the managers and 2 of the cashiers in ch... read more

Awful customer service from cashiers and store managers, specially this days! smh! today I had to choose between buying tampons, pads or panty liners...true story, per policy now you can buy only one feminine care product...I had to walk out and in 2 extra times to purchase them 3 items 🤷♀️🙄🤷♀️ in 3 different transactions🤦♀️ 🥺🤦♀️ which was fine with me but the Manager treated me like crap, so rude! like instigating me to think they don't want people shopping in the store period! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

If you want to completely shut down at 8, then your employees at the door should not let people inside and tell them they have 3 minutes. Trust me we know how to speed shop! while we divided to get the 5 things we needed, a young "manager" walked up to my husband and told him let's go, we leave at 8. So which is it heb? You leave at 8 or close at 8? Your staff was very rude. How does medical staff do their shopping when they don't even get off until 8? This is not the time to be rude to customers.
