Once payment is received they don’t care, been waiting over 5 months from full payment was sent and still items outstanding. At the point of payment all items were marked as available for next week delivery. No replies to numerous emailed to different gymspec email addresses. Equipment quality isn’t that good, all scrapes and wears very easily without much use and the cables on the rig have already broken twice in 2 months. Avoid at all costs, not worth the hassle.

Over Covid I fitted out my home gym from numerous companies both in the North and South of Ireland. I only came across GymSpec in the last few months and I regret not finding them sooner. The gear is top quality and customer service is fantastic. Have picked up a few bits with them but was up today to lift a Primal Pro Series HIIT Skier today and the thing is top class.
