Had 60,000 mile service done on my 2011 CRV EX-L and was pleased to have this service completed in a timely fashion. My service advisor was helpful and explained what was to be attempted and status post the maintenance review, he explained what the mechanics suggested be done at my next service. Helpful enough for me to plan my intent to tend to those findings.
Had to bring my wife's Accord in when the washer pump was not working. I knew what the problem could be and sure enough there was a loose hose that was not allowing the fluid to get up to the windshield. Best part was Luis my advisor ended up doing the job at no charge due to it being quite simple. I am thankful for Luis and his honesty and will continue to bring the car there when the time comes.
Curtis the Preowned Service Manager is the absolute best!!!!....He knows exactly how to treat customers and more than exceeds customer needs.....Overall the experience was outstanding. Shout out to Danny Moon (my salesperson) and Charles the finance guy..... Thank you all for entertaining and showing love to the puppies in the show room. You all made us feel like family!!!!
