I took my car in to have minor things repaired. Rick Zarpentine was my service advisor. He was extremely helpful and professional. He reviewed previous services performed on my care and informed me about a recent recall on the door locks. Since I arrived late in the day and the extra repair was going to add time, he offered me a free rental car. He said my car would be ready by noon the following day. All i and say is that they helped get the car I wanted. I had purchased the RAV4 about a month ago and was able to trade it in for the crv. Tyler was the best. Great team of people! I just got my new Honda Accord from Gwinnett Place Honda and I had the easiest and the most pleasant experience, which is definitely a first! General Manager Mr. David Kwon was absolutely wonderful and Ms. Kay Chae was very helpful. I am a very satisfied customer.
This is a great place to get your oil changed. They have a large, clean waiting area. There are plenty of outlets to charge your phone, and the children's play area kept my children entertained for over an hour. They always provide quick service.
Waited 20min for a group of 6 service representatives to finish their casual conversation before greeting me. Only to be told it was over 2-1/2hrs for an oil change. No wonder there were only 3 cars in the massive 4 lane service entrance. Won't be back as Mall of Georgia Honda greeted me immediately and had me on my way in less than an hr.
