I, too came to experience Gwinnett Place Honda through a factory recall repair. My Anh was very cooperative, helped me check in, and kept me updated about the condition on my Honda throughout the repair process. My only frustration was with the rental car I was provided while the repair was being completed. The antenna had been damaged by a previous customer, and caused the radio to not be able to connect to a station for more than 30 seconds. The most honest and caring dealership I have ever in countered. They tell you what you need done not what they want to do to charge you more. I tried the one in Johnson City Tennessee ,they pulled me in and did a rear end alignment, didn't tell me until it was done and wanted me to pay for it! When I left they told me there was no charge!! How confusing. I come from Tennessee to have all my work done at Gwinnett Place Honda, they are the best,and I am always satisfied.
This is the third time we have gone to Gwinnett Place Honda to buy. Every time it has been such a pleasant experience. Everyone working there has the customer needs as a priority. They are all knowledge, courteous and fun to work with. Highly recommend. We will always go back.
Awesome experience!! My salesman Quincy Jones went above and beyond to help me pick out the right vehicle for me. I felt like I was talking to a friend instead of someone who just wants a commission. My finance manager Mike Pham picked up right where Quincy left off!! Kudos to both of the guys who went above and beyond to help me!! I have already started recommending this location to all of my friends!!
GPH employees are always friendly and courteous. The advisors and technicians are knowledgeable and care that you are pleased with your service. This is the only dealership I've been to that hasn't scared me away by always finding something else wrong at every oil change! Thanks Ronnie, Amy and Louis!
