Been coming to this dealership for over 10 years!! Always excellent service.. a few years ago, we test drove a model at a different dealership and didn't like the atmosphere as much.. came right over to Gwinnett and bought the car !!
I bought my CRV at Gwinnett ten years ago. The service department has always been especially courteous and understanding. They have taken time to answer my questions and never made me feel bad about asking. Even though sometimes I could not accept all the jobs they recommended because of tight budget, they were nice, helpful, and friendly. Thanks to you all, especially Rudy. Looking forward to returning to Gwinnett Honda again and again.
Great place they got me a good deal on the sport accord
Went to the Collision Center to get my car fixed and was delighted by how smooth everything went. I especially want to thank Andrew for being so helpful and informative. He kept me updated at every step and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed from my car. The body shop quickly assessed the damages on my car and dealt with repairs very professionally.
I brought my vehicle in for a oil change. I was happy it was done within a hour. I was also happy with the level of customer service I received from Jeff Hawes.

Mr. Ronnie Butler is the best. I have had my vehicles serviced at Gwinnett Place Honda for many years primarily because of the care and attention that Mr. Butler consistently gives. I bypass one Honda Service Center and have accessibility to two others but I choose Gwinnett Place primarily because of Mr. Butler. Thanks as always, Ronnie!!!
