I recently bought Odyssey from this place and the experience was awesome. I went to other places before coming to this dealer, the service, the presentation and customer treatment in those place are no match with this dealer. The sales rep Rob Glenn explained every detail about the van and in a fun way. He was very friendly and helpful. Gwinnett Honda has taken care of 4 of our cars... treating the old ones equally as well as the new.
Cool new tech: red speed humps that measure tire treads - pretty neat. What is not new is the always speedy,ever friendly and certainly efficient service intake, shuttle to work, great communication, and easy check out. Keeps me glad I got a Honda from here.
Only dealership I use for servicing my Hondas... I have experience the absolute best customer service in the service department from Rudy!! He is very nice and goes above and beyond for his customers point blank period! I'm glad that the services I've had so far he has been my advisor. I've experienced other advisors but nothing like Rudy! From here on out I'm requesting Rudy for my advisor! Thanks Rudy for all you've done for me!!

This is my 1st Honda vehicle ever. The time it took for me to get my new car was very quick and the fastest service I ever got from a dealership with no issues. Aaron was my sales person and he amazing job with showing me my car, test driving, and how to operate my new car.
I have had nothing but good experiences with Gwinnett Honda. Service people friendly and professional. They tell you what they fixed and why. They recommend what needs to be addressed without being pushy. Great customer service. I recommended Gwinnett Place Honda to my daughter as she was looking for a car. She purchased the SUV now we both have Honda's.
