Customer service is everything...Steven Shoemake is the most amazing Assistant Service Manager at Gwinnett Place Honda. I was heading into the dealership for maintenance after a series of long road trips...as I turned into the service lot my front tire exploded! This was the first time I had my car serviced here, and I was really happy that I could finally find a dealership that can do my oil change on my Accord that's lower since I was rejected at another dealership. Everybody in there is really friendly and am happy with their service
I brought my Honda Fit in for a regular maintenance at Gwinnett Honda. Trevin was amazing. He was very attentive to any of my questions and very knowledgeable. I was there a long time, but only due to a call back that Trevin had told me about and I stayed to have it fixed. My experience was very pleasant. Everyone was very nice. Ronnie Butler is such an incredible asset to Gwinnett Place Honda. My dear friend of almost 40 years-\-\Robert Fuller-\-\who worked for Honda for 21 years passed away in April very unexpectedly; it was a devastating loss for all of us.
