Sherry M needs a new job. I've always liked Gwenniws but today was THE WORST service ever. I'm not one to even want to complain about my food when I eat out but we just had the worst server but you bet I asked to speak to the manager. I left my plate of food, paid for it and left. I understand its busy, but that's Gwennies for you and that gives no one an excuse to be all nasty, give heavy sighs because you have to put a little plate down on the table. Bad service and soggy food.. Even after I tell them the food was soggy still didn't do anything and charged for food we didn't eat..

The server was brand new or at least she kept repeating that she was. The food came out and my little sisters food didn't have the bacon she looked closer and found a hair in the melted cheese. The girl went and reordered her sandwich ND while she did my other sister found a hair in the middle of her sndwich. I called the manager or I assumed she was anyway. And they tried to justify it by saying it's just an eye lash. First off both pieces of hair were to long to be eye lashes and the first one was in the melted cheese not ... read more
