Love the Avocado & Swiss Cheese Omelette! Fast and friendly service; thanks to Sherry for making us feel at home. Now we have a favorite breakfast hangout!
Super generous servings of home cooked foods. Old fashioned friendly service. Great atmosphere. All this makes for a yummy breakfast.

Some places that are recommended fall short of your expectations. Gwennies was not one of them. It is all that people say. The service was fantastic and the food is outstanding. We ended going back multiple times during our stay in Anchorage and it was a great experience each time. Gwennies will always be a must stop every time we are in Alaska.
