I have bought 3 cars from GWC in the past 7 years. Very friendly, quick and reliable. My kids are now also now looking to buy from them. Irf has always fair and honest with me.
Went in to view a vehicle today and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the owner Isaac. He answered a call from another person whilst we were mid-conversation, and made it clear he had “other sales to work on”, which made us feel like we were wasting his time. Overall, his manner was unprofessional and dismissive. Based on this interaction alone, I wouldn’t feel confident purchasing a vehicle from here, as basic customer service and respect for potential buyers was not shown.
Isaac was helpful all the way through and even when we decided the car we bought was not for us he agreed to us returning the car and have a full refund. First class customer service all the time
I purchased a BMW 3 Series 2.0 320i M Sport Business Edition two months ago. After bringing the car home, I started experiencing numerous problems. The car broke down three times on the motorway due to issues with the gearbox and clutch. Each time, I had the car repaired, but the same problem kept occurring. Eventually, the dealership blocked my phone number, making it impossible for me to contact them for further assistance. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against trusting this dealership or buying cars from them.
An unprofessional business! Extremely poor communication, poor business ethics and untrustworthy. In hindsight it’s a blessing in disguise that I didn’t buy a car from here.
