Cannot rate this centre highly enough. The staff are phenomenal. Caring, considerate and compassionate during every day that I was there for 5 weeks. All the staff I had dealings with, reception, nurses and radiotherapy staff were exemplary in their capacity to deal with situations and people going through traumatic experiences. I will actually miss seeing them everyday. I recently completed 37 sessions of radiotherapy, and I want to publicly record my thanks to the excellent, professional, caring, and friendly staff at the Guy’s Cancer Care Centre at Queen Mary’s Hospital, Sidcup. They made a difficult time much easier to cope with. I wish that I could name each of them, but for obvious reasons, I cannot. Thank you, obrigado, mulțumesc! (PS. I hope that the small gift I sent arrived safe and sound and will prove useful!)
