We had a salesman come out last year from. Gutter Helmet to have four gutters covered with a screen so we wouldn't have to get on a ladder to clean them out. We are 80and 70 years old so we do not need to be on a ladder. The salesman didn't say that we would still have to clean the screens off periodically. They leak very badly on all four corners and are washing away the foundation to my house. The company will not give my money back or take these off. I want to give a shoutout to Darrick at Gutter Helmet for not only doing an outstanding job of clearing debris buildup, but going above and beyond to cut and clear vines that were growing in my gutter. It is in fact true that once you have Gutter Helmet you don't ever have to clear your gutters yourself again; this service is performed when needed by excellent techs like Darrick. I've had Gutter Helmet protection on my home since 1997! and couldn't be happier with both their product AND their service.

I had a ******* awning installed by gutter helmet in 2016 and need it serviced. When I called for repair they told me they are no longer associated with ******* awnings. They gave me a number to call and I cannot speak to anyone from *******. Called a company that is supposed to service ******* awnings however they charge $480 for a service call.

I have been with Gutter Helmet over 20 plus year. I have gotten excellent service Chris L***** has been available to answer questions, give recommendation on what is needed. The service was scheduled quickly and the Service Rep. Jordan was excellent, had a pleasant personality. I have only praise for this company. Yes, I recommend this company to others.

I feel like previous reviewers who stated the company does not value their customers. I'm a retired woman on a fixed income living alone in my deceased parent's home. I inquired about getting a new roof through Gutter Helmet before getting the leaf helmet installed, even though the roof on my small ranch house still had at least 5 or more yrs. This product hasn't worked properly since it was installed. There is a torrent of water flowing over my gutters each time it rains. I've tried multiple times to have this issue resolved and it's still a problem after several years. I am too old to get on a ladder and fix this problem and besides, if I touch the Gutter Helmet, the warranty will be voided. I tried to leave a voicemail today and the VM box was full. Gutter Helmet does NOT service their product well once it is purchased. We asked Gutter helmet to come to our residence to remove our gutter system prior to a new roof installation. We were given a quote for removal and reinstallation. Money was given as a down payment and the gutter system was removed. Two weeks later we received a phone call stating that our systems heating elements were bad and they would like to come out and give us a quote for replacement. Very professional, competitive prices, good choices for color for gutters. I chose Gutter Helmet for my gutters because I have a gutter helmet and have had an issue with a roofing company destroying my old helmet. Gutter Helmet now does roofing and gutters and I'm very happy with their work. I highly recommend Gutter Helmet for gutters.

Gutter Helmet installed a new roof and gutters/gutter helmets two or three years ago. They reached out to me to come by for a cleaning. I had the house painted in the meantime and the guy apparently put the ladder on the gutters and you can't do that with gutter helmets. They were damaged, so it was recommended to have several panels replaced. I had interactions with at least ten people at Gutter Helmet.
