Had gutter helmet installed 7 years ago and have not had any problems with their product. We had to recently call them back for a reinstall because we had a new roof done and the roof company does not reinstall. Gutter helmet was quick to reinstall. Very professional staff.
We installed gutter helmet on half our roof three years ago. We completed the other half this week. They work!
Back around 2013, I signed an agreement with Gutter Helmet who appeared at ******* ****** ****. The agreement was for installation of gutters on my barn. I paid for the services. The agreement I signed here at my place stated if they found any other issues, they would be covered in the agreement. They came out, measured for the gutters. They then brought the truck out that makes the continuous gutters, tore down the old gutters and made the new gutters. They then left stating they needed to repair some gables on my barn. Gutter Helmet has a triple lifetime warranty and the gutters failed. It caused a major flood in my den and they denied my claim. We have pictures of the clogged gutters and pictures from the damage. They came back to say to say it was caused by not properly maintain the gutters following the installation. There is nothing in our contract that says we have to maintain the gutters. It clearly states you never have to clean your gutters again.

Your Claim had been submitted to our insurance carrier. Upon their investigation they have deemed that the issue you are experiencing was not do to your Installation and had denied the claim.
I am a second owner of a house using Gutter Helmet product. I don't have the warranty transferred from previous owner. I tried to call Gutter Helmet to reinstate the warranty, after sending them all the pictures etc, they claim it's not their products. They will not do the service (there is a water spill from a gutter), but they can install a whole new system at our cost. Now i am stuck on a product claim to have a "lifetime" warranty with no help at all.

We are sorry to hear about your troubles however we can not supply a warranty for some other gutter protection product.
We purchased our house 2012. The previous owner had the gutters placed 2002. A bad storm blew off four panels on roof. We found the contract and called gutter Helmet. They came to the house and gave us a quote to replace them. The following week (we were even home they came replaced the panels and cleaned all existing ones. The warranty is still good for us. Great work and customer service. Would recommend them.
Gutter Helmet products work for me, but reaching the business to schedule a cleaning and to repair an issue where the helmets are not stopping water from overflowing has been so far impossible. The company cheerfully takes voice mail and promises to call back but doesn't.
