Gutter Helmet by Harry Helmet only works when there are not many trees around your house. I bought this system in 2004 and almost every year the gutters on the back of my house clog up. Storm water overflows the gutters and washes out the mulch in the flower beds below. This is an expense and frustration that has gotten old. We like other people went through ****** but did not want to pay the price so we moved forward with the mesh covers. We have had problem with the water leaking at the corners and other places around the house. We have had them out and they have tried to fix the problem. But nothing worked. So the last time they came out the worker stated that he talked to his manger and they did not know they were back out there. they were not going to do anything for us. BACK IN FEBRUARY 2022 I HIRED GUTTER HELMET TO INSTALL GUTTER TO MY HOUSE, MY HOUSE IS 1986 BUILT. I FOUND GUTTER HELMET AT COSTCO BECAUSE COSTCO HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION I TRUSTED GUTTER HELMET. A MARKETING GUY CAME TO CHECK AND EVENTUALLY CONVINCED ME TO PUT GUTTER AT MY ROOF, KNOWING MY GUTTER AND DOWN SPOUT IS 30+ OLD GUTTERS AND DOWN SPOUT, DURING WINTER THE GUTTER GUARD DIDNT WORK ITS SPLASHING AND RUINING MY ROOF AND MY DOORS AND WALLS OUTSIDE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT PUT PERFECTLY. I called the company when the rains started last fall to say they were leaking over the porch. She told me they were at least 45 days behind and that was the last I heard from them. No follow up

The phone # we have on file does not go thru, we have emailed the customer to contact and set up service and discuss. Looks like we were out on 09/15 after the request for service was made last year.
Stay away from this product. Installed 4 years ago on my house. A leaking skylight mesnt a roofer came to my home. Was immediately concerned about the installation of the gutter helmet product. After having the roof torn off during roof and skylight replacement, the damge was obvious. Damage to roof rafters, facia boards, and soffet. Repair cost 2000.00 dollars. My husband and I are so glad we chose Gutter Helmet as opposed to a different gutter service. Our salesman was very professional and made us feel very comfortable listening and asking questions about the product and service. The two gentlemen who installed the gutter covers worked very quickly without any issues and made sure to have my huband inspect the final work. Thank you so much for your service.
