Having viewed other new build developments over a long period of time, we were fortunate enough to discover Gusto here in Collingham. We immediately knew this was the property for us, although it was a downsize move it suited all our requirements, particularly the open and spacious living area with sufficient garden area to maintain an outdoor lifestyle. Outstanding quality, caring staff and an on-site public Coffee shop.... Currently closed as awaiting new cafe operator to move in.
Very happy with the home we bought, the Gusto homes team were a pleasure to deal with and continue to be. They have made a lovely community with the homes and units they have built in the village and always seem to be pushing to provide more for the residents and the wider community (They donated valuable money to local groups in our name with our home purchase). They are building future proof homes with modern design and technologies as standard, we would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new home.
