My sister phoned and explained what we required and we were quoted £225 . When we went there ( after making an appointment) with our elderly mother and two witnesses she said she thought she was just going to witness and authenticate the document signature. If so , this should have been made clear when my sister phoned . My sister clearly explained what was needed during the phone call.
