Recommendedfriendly and great services
I’m visiting from Oklahoma and the customer service sucks!!! Not friendly at all. Prices for oil change was high. I currently get my oil change at a dealership in Oklahoma for 20 and this dealership charged 65. Heck I can drive to another dealership and the price is 39.95 and 65.00. Will not be back.
Shane did an amazing job, he was able to get me my Frontier for the price I wanted to pay. He put in the extra time to get more for my trade in so my monthly payments were what I needed them to be ,in addition to an amazing warranty. He even threw in some nice extras. Highly Recomend

They wouldn't give me my vehicle back while waiting for a part to come in. They said it wasn't safe for driving. It was a recal. So tell me why it was ok for me to take my vehicle when they originally told me of the recal months before after an oil change. My guess is that they didn't want to put it back together. They only offered 1 day of rental coverage. They had my vehicle for 6 days. Never taking my vehicle back there again.
I had the opportunity to use Gunn Nissan over the Nissan dealership we had purchased the car from. I had been progressively been disappointed with them. Calling Gunn I was immediately talking to a knowledgeable person who answered my questions and quickly set up a reservation for servicing. My visit did not disappoint it was ready when I was told it would be, everyone was polite, professional and friendly (you cannot ask for more).
