Right from the start Jose Castillo was very helpful and not pushy or aggressive at all. The environment at Gunn is very laid back, no pressure whatsoever not like other dealerships I've been to, but best of all they had a Starbucks coffee machine. Oh and most important they only had addendums on certain vehicles but the plus side was they actually did add stuff people will use not that snake oil stuff. Fair prices and great customer service!
The Service Reps were very welcoming and adamant in getting me immediate assistance to ensure I was not waiting around. I really liked the online service report to allow me to see what services were identified during the inspection as needing immediate attention. I was able to select additional services to be completed in the same visit. I also appreciate the wonderful job with the courtesy wash. Great Job Team.
