RecommendedI had to experiences with Gunn. One good one bad. If was time for oil change. I called and made an appointment. When I arrived I was 4th in line with a 2 plus hour wait time..so I left not expecting to ever return again. Gunn had always been so good to me I decided to try you again. This time it was different. I was treated very good. However if I make an appointment and have to wait 2 hours you will not see me again. G Granger

Great service and helpful staff
Well for years and years I been going to Gunn Nissan but on my last visit for my oil change I waited the usual hour and half but this time was different because literally I saw my car not move from the shop and no one work on it for about a whole hour then literally it only took 30 minutes for my car to get oil change and car wash because I saw it be taken to be worked on and mind me I had a appointment. Doing most of my research online for my new car was very easy. After filling out all the paperwork ahead then, going to dealership after setting an appointment this made the process fast and easy. The whole process took about an hour with me walking out with keys in hand. This was the best car buying experience I had thus far.
I was able to get an appointment right away and John took care of my car and got me in really fast and got my car done and I appreciated his efforts
Love going to Gunn Nissan for all of my vehicles needs. Usually work with Roland (who is the BOMB!!) but have also worked with Jason who is just as great. All around everyone has such amazing customer service here. Definitely recommend any Nissan owner to get their vehicle serviced here :D
