RecommendedI always have a great customer service experience at Gunn Nissan. Everyone is always helpful, friendly, and courteous. I recently took my car in for routine maintenance. My service technician was patient and courteous. I give Gunn Nissan at 410 and Broadway in San Antonio Texas a 150% Score. It doesn't get any better than this. Hats off to the Sales and Service department. They are truly amazing !

Issue: RECALL The service was good, completed way before the time they thought it would take. BUT, Nissan where I bought it from called to make an appt to get recall fixed, Nissan factory sends me an ‘postcard’ on the recall to remind me to get it look after. Even the Nissan website said it was for the Titan 2019. Since it was for the wiring harness, I am concerned since I’ll be going on vacation and driving to SD. Guess we will see what happens. BTW, Gunn Nissan said it did not include my truck.
Worked with me from fort sam houston took care of the issue with my titan and gave me fair prices
Been going there for over 5 yrs and love the work they do. Great for Oil Changes
