Delwyn was excellent. He was very patient with me and determined what was best for my needs. He got a list of vehicles and determined what would fit my finances. I’m sorry to say my experience with Gunn Nissan was not pleasant. I first contacted Gunn service dept to perform diagnostics on my 09’ Murano. My service contact was Albert Cantu. Albert Cantu was in charge of my service ticket and all communication about diagnostic findings would be communicated through him. After dropping off my vehicle by tow truck I waited several days for a phone call and didn’t get one. Numerous times called and could not get a call back. I generally have good experiences with Gunn Nissan; however, this visit wasn’t good. They did an oil change but didn’t turn off service lights.
