I do all my service on my Chevy at Chevy and always have. Recently did my 60K service and purchased GM wipers Hadn’t used them in 2 weeks after service because it didn’t rain. The wiper is faulty and you would not do anything about it. Service person stated it isn’t right and tech should have noticed it when they did it them on. Even if I was to buy a new one there is no guarantee the new one would be any better. Now I question where o will get my service next time. The team listened to my concerns and spent numerous days trying to replicate my issues. Very satisfied that they kept me informed.
Came in with an appointment and waited over an hour for the car to be done. Then did the same on another vehicle on Tuesday and waited even longer for the exact same service? Seems as though I was jumped ahead by other customers?

Our salesman Jerome was awesome. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles that we were interested in and pulled them out for us to really look at them. Answered all of our questions.
