Jackie Hiatt provided excellent service. She always makes me feel at home. I was pleased to see the condiments in the waiting area. In the past, they were only in the Cadillac waiting area. It made Chevy and Buick owners feel like second class customers. Also, I was surprised that I had to pay over $7 for using a credit card.
Nice people and very detail oriented. First purchase online, and was very impressed with the entire process from them.
Friendly staff. Very willing to listen to your needs and what you want in a vehicle.
It was the best great service, and they gave me the car I needed, and they were fast on serving me and my wife, the items that I need for my car.
Gave 1 star because 0 wasn't available. We're definitely not doing business with this dealership ever again. We were sold a van in "great condition" and it turns out it shakes above 50mph but now since its a used vehicle, only 2 weeks after purchase, they're no longer responsible. We were scammed by the salesman, Dean, and weren't helped at all. All they cared about was the money.
