I haven’t been satisfied with the service on multiple times I have visited. Make an appointment and still have to leave overnight.

Great customer services. The only need to improve is communicating the service contract paper to the consumer. This would prevent conflict between the service department and the customer.

Whitney was very professional and easy to understand. The process, however is very slow and drawn out
I had my car towed in over a week ago. and it took them 3 days before they called me. And they said it was running. I told them it was the tranmission took a test drive snd said yes i was right. And now just waiting to see if they are going to fix it. And how long it will take.
