Very disappointed! ! It took from 10:50 until 2:30 , to get my new key fob programmed. People had to take their lunch break while I had to wait over three hours ???? There wasn’t even water in the waiting until one of the staff finally brought me some . Sooo disappointing!

Criminals-the amount charged for service, compared to the exact same Chevrolet, Buick, GMC dealership elsewhere, was triple. I have the paperwork from both dealerships to prove it. Didn't reset to 100% after service, no sticker to indicate next service, and the counter girl was even rude. Bought my vehicle here, but I will not be back. I'll drive 500 miles to go to the dealership that charges me fairly and treats me with respect.
