I ask for you to tell me what was wrong with my car and why it hit a building. You said my back brakes were bad and needed to be fixed. I had just had an accident and you were supposed to tell me what was wrong with my car. I have since found out that you have a recall on my cruise control. You should have fixed that and you did not bother to do as I ask. My take on this is you just wanted to over charge me on the brakes and you did not care about the rest. Purchased a new $83,000 truck in May 2023, 4 months later there is a "clunk" sound, Randy Marion told me they can't diagnose it, that I am out of luck. They won't take the truck back for the full value, only depreciated value. I've made 4 payments only... calling our attorney. Scammers they are!!!

I was told the center caps would be fixed on the truck I purchased then after I signed paper work no one would fix them then I get in the truck an the tpms light was on and the manager said we can't fix that sorry. Everyone was so helpful until I signed the paper work then I was stuck with issues on the truck not good business at all I will contact better business bureau if the things promised are not fixed
