Terrance kept me informed as my service was accomplished. There was a minor issue as I went to leave. Terrance and Quik Lube management were quick to resolve it and get me on my way.
I asked the sales person to find me a car with backup cam and blind spot monitor for my daughter. He showed me several vehicles (2021 Malibu) that he assured me had both. The car I bought does not. I honestly did not think of a way to test so just assumed he was right. Little bit butt hurt about if I am being honest. I had talked about coming back to look at the CT4 based on the ease with which we got through the process. My fault though, right? Buyer beware and never trust a salesperson.

Ben and Daniel were both very personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with with while making a very large purchase. We appreciated there style of presenting the honest facts and not putting any pressure to make a decision. We are thankful that they informed us of the Military appreciation program and assisted us with singing up for it. The dealer told us the vehicle was ready for pick up, but the detailing was very shabby and small exterior dings were not corrected as promised
