Ann arbor guitars has been generously sharing their vast knowledge of instrument repair to myself and others in the larger professional Lutherie community for years. They represent the state of the art, both technically and in customer relations. There simply is no more skilled and trustworthy guitar repair available. Thanks for the help over the years guys!
I've known the staff of Ann Arbor Guitars for years, and award my five star rating based on what businesses should be rated on - competence in their core business pursuits and commitment to their customers.
Like all of the people that have posted 1 star, I too have never been to Ann Arbor Guitars, hell, I'm from Canada (thankfully!!). But unlike those that have posted 1 star I have participated in the Luthier community, alongside Hesh and David, for over 12 years. They are quality people, first to the front of the line when help or advice is needed.
