Dave Collins is a true master. The only thing more finely honed than his craftsmanship is his wit. There a few people I would trust as much with my guitar repairs. Seems unfair that of the bazillions of stars in the universe I can't leave more than 5 in my review of Ann Arbor Guitars. Highly recommended!
This is where all the Cool Kids bring their string instruments to be set up and repaired! Every sane performer, picker, strummer, plucker, music maker, harper, minstrel, musician, troubadour, jongleur, rhapsodist, raconteur, bard, gleeman, and showman I know uses David and wouldn't go anywhere else. The best customer service and fine care around!
Best Ann Arbor Guitars anywhere. They won't take your guitar away from you and give it to the wealthy. They won't build a wall with your guitar. They won't build a giant conflict of interest by hiring your whole guitar's family and putting them to work burning down the government while you pay them to fiddle. They did a great job fixing up my 1954 Gibson J-50. Repaired cracks, broken tone bar, several cracked braces and re-fretted. Plays like a dream. I could not be happier with the quality of work. World class repair shop.
